Common questions
- Why do I have to sign in again every day?
- Zerodha expires broker sessions at 6:00 AM IST every day — a SEBI requirement, not something we can extend. Reconnecting takes one click on “Login with Kite”.
- What does MarketBae do with my Zerodha account?
- It reads your portfolio and live prices. Your Zerodha credentials are never sent to us — you authorize on Kite's own login page, and the access token stays server-side and is never exposed to the browser.
- My prices look stale or the dashboard is disconnected.
- The dashboard shows a connection indicator in the header. It reconnects on its own; if it stays disconnected, reload the page or sign out and reconnect.
